I need to get out the hole
Ok....I have some very serious concerns over my health. The last 3 nights in a row I have not left the hole before 1am. It's a trap....it sucks you in and finally spits you out a few hours later in a different state than when you went in. Please help me. Maybe I should get myself barred.

There are several people you could consult on a freelance basis for advice on getting barred.
I recommend you get a team of advisors on board, with Panda as the president and Missingham as the secretary.
It will be the consortium from hell.
I'm barring myself for a month starting on Monday - I'm even going to go to the other side of the world to get away from the temptation of entering the HOLE.
