Ok it turns out nathan pinching that girl on the ass was a setup, Nathan and the old head security Russel own a company called Australian Security Industries and the pinch on the ass was to make I-SEC loose the contract and now nathans company is doing security at Mega
Isn't that entrapment?
The girl should turn the tables... get Nathan for sexual harrassment.
Sounds like whoever awards the security contracts might have a piece of that pie too.

What an incredibly disturbing story.
If Nathan pinched the girl on the arse and they got rid of I-SEC for that reason. Oh and all the other inappropriate things he did. Why would they take on his company??
It doesn't make sense.
Several complaints were made about him.
The hole could get into trouble for exposing staff/patrons to sexual harrassment.
We do have laws to protect us from these things you know!!
Pinching someone on the arse is called 'indecent assault', and given that it was in the workplace it was also 'sexual harrassment' and in the workplace it's not just the individual (Nathan) who is responsible.
The employer (the security company and/or the hole) can be fined a large amount of money for not taking adequate steps to protect staff.
If they HAVE rehired Nathan's company, they could get into a LOT of trouble.
Nathan doesn't seem to have the brains to run his own company.
Nor the brains to concoct a clever arse-pinching scheme in order to win a business contract.
If this is true it has to be more dumb luck than anything.
Nathan is not listing as a company owner though :) but he has a share in it

I mean his behaviour was so inappropriate... they can't have him on premises, surely.
I doubt it town bike he will prob be at one of their other venues

Given that he's about a foot shorter than me, I highly doubt that.
